This piece, titled ‘Humphrey is missing his mother’, is a hand-drawn digital artwork, which I created using watercolour e-brush on a digital canvas.
The inspiration came from my own experience. Living in a big city, like London, often away from our families, it wasn’t always possible to travel home for Mother’s Day.
I found that, us women, would talk it through and therefore dealt with it better. Men on the other hand, felt that they have to hide their longing for their mother, and dealt with their sadness in isolation.
The artwork is in 4x5 ratio, high resolution 300DPI. The recommended print size is 8x10 inches / 203 x 254 mm. If you’d like a different size, please contact me.

Printed on Hahnemühle Photo Rag 308gsm fine art paper, and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity.

We aim to dispatch items within 2-3 business days using either Royal Mail or DHL recorded delivery. Delivery times are approximately 2-3 business days in the UK, 5-7 business days in Europe, and 8-10 business days worldwide.
Refund Policy
All limited-edition prints are final sales and not eligible for returns.
If you are a UK customer and your item arrived damaged, please contact us alongside with photographic evidence via this website within 14 days of receiving your item.
We will be happy to provide you with an exchange, minus any delivery charges.
Please note that original artworks, products printed to order, or any sales from outside of the UK, are NOT eligible for returns/refunds.
All items must be returned to us in its original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the item is not returned in its original condition. The buyer is responsible for return delivery costs.
