Client Agreement | Liability Disclaimer | Scope of Services
By booking a session (coaching, energy alignment and /or spiritual channelling) with Agnes Gomori you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Nature of Services
Sessions are intended for personal growth, insight, and self-development. All services provided are spiritual, educational, and informational in nature only.
The sessions are NOT medical, psychological, psychiatric, or clinical services.
2. No Medical or Mental Health Advice
No diagnosis, treatment recommendations, medical opinions, or mental health advice will be provided. Agnes Gomori is not a physician, psychologist, psychiatrist, therapist, or licensed healthcare provider.
Clients agree not to present medical or mental health concerns during sessions.
3. Not a Substitute for Professional Care
Services are NOT a substitute for medical care, mental health treatment, diagnosis, therapy, or counselling.
If you have any physical or mental health condition, you agree to seek care from a qualified licensed healthcare professional.
4. Medication and Treatment Decisions
Clients acknowledge that any decisions regarding medication, medical treatment, or mental health care must be made solely in consultation with licensed healthcare providers.
Agnes Gomori does not advise starting, stopping, or changing medications or medical treatment under any circumstances.
5. Client Responsibility
You accept full responsibility for your physical, mental, emotional, and psychological well-being, and for any decisions or actions you take following a session.
6. Mental Health Conditions
If you are currently experiencing severe psychological distress, depression, psychosis, paranoia, hallucinations, suicidal thoughts, or are under active psychiatric care, you agree not to book a session and to seek immediate professional medical or mental health assistance.
7. Limitation of Liability
By booking a session, you agree that Agnes Gomori shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect outcomes, decisions, actions, damages, or consequences resulting from participation in her services.
8. Right to Refuse or Terminate Service
Agnes Gomori reserves the right to refuse or terminate a session at any time if medical, psychiatric, or crisis-related issues arise, and may refer the client to appropriate licensed professionals.
9. Agreement
By scheduling and participating in a session with Agnes Gomori, you confirm that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this disclaimer and assume full responsibility for your participation.
